The best and fastest way to reach us is by email at, but feel free to give us a call if it's during business hours. Just please don't hate us if you reach voice mail since we're constantly working the phones updating and confirming contact information for our directories.
    For some quick answers to common questions: Yes, all Sales Are Final! For PDF or database orders we do our best to turn those around to you as quickly as possible. For printed directories, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. If rush delivery is needed, please contact our office at 818-570-3374 (in Los Angeles, GMT-8) for pricing and ordering.



The Music Business Registry has used reasonable efforts in collecting and preparing material for inclusion in our publications and databases, but does not warrant that the information therein is complete or accurate, and does not assume, and hereby disclaims, any liability to any person, organization or entity for any loss or damage caused by error or omissions in our publications of any medium, whether such errors result from negligence, accident or any other cause, or from any loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any information. Should any company or individual want to submit updated or corrected information, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

We know you want your information and purchase as soon as possible so we make every effort to get your order out to you as soon as we can. If you ordered a PDF or digital version we try to have the order to you within a couple of hours if we received your order during business hours. If your order came in before or after business hours, we'll do everything we can to get it out to you as soon as our office opens (we are human so do require sleep occassionally). For our printed directories or other products that require shipping we make every effort to get them to you as fast as possible. However, please realize that once out the door we are at the mercy of either the postal service or FedEx or UPS. Occassionally, some products are still at the printers when you might order or we need to have it shipped from another location depending on where you are. Either way, we will always communicate with you to let you know if there's ever going to be any delay in getting your order out to you. For USPS or mail orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days within the US and at least two weeks if we're shipping outside of the US.

Tracking Your Order

If you have ordered a directory or product from us that requires shipping we'll send you tracking information by email as soon as it has shipped from our offices. Be sure to add our email to your white list so our email to you doesn't end up in your spam or junk folder.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your information is always important to us. All of our customer information is always kept private meaning we never release our customer information for use by outside parties. Please note that if you are a Music Industry Professional your work information may be contained in one of our directories, but any information given to us as a customer is kept separate and private. Sure, you'll hear from us from time to time letting you know about music industry news or a new directory, but you can be assured your customer information you gave to us will never end up on someone else's list. We've been doing this for over twenty-two years so we know how to keep a secret.

All Sales are Final

Due of the nature of the information we provide, all sales are final. We will always do everything we can to work with you to resolve any issues you may have, but once digital files have been downloaded or printed directories received we can no longer accept any returns.
